TEF Canada to CLB Conversion
For TEF Canada, CLB 7 requires approximately 310/450 in Listening, 263/300 in Reading, 14/20 in Writing, and 14/20 in Speaking. CLB 9 requires 371/450, 298/300, 16/20, and 16/20 respectively.
TCF Canada to CLB Conversion
For TCF Canada, CLB 7 requires B2 level in all four skills. The scoring bands are different from TEF but the CLB equivalency is standardised by IRCC.
