1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Languages Academy website at languagesacademy.co.in or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Languages Academy

Languages Academy is a language training institution providing French coaching services including TEF Canada, TCF Canada, and DELF/DALF preparation. We are based at BPTP Sector 37 D, Gurugram, Haryana 122005, India. We are a language training provider and are not immigration consultants or RCIC-registered advisors.

3. Courses & Enrolment

• Course enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. A booking confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
• Batch sizes are limited. Languages Academy reserves the right to reschedule or merge batches with advance notice if minimum enrolment thresholds are not met.
• Course materials, recordings, and resources provided are for your personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
• Demo classes are standalone sessions and do not guarantee placement in a specific batch.

4. Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and Canadian Dollars (CAD). CAD prices are indicative and based on live exchange rates; the INR amount is the binding price.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (for INR) and Stripe (for CAD/international). We do not store card details.
• GST is included in the displayed price where applicable. A GST invoice will be issued upon successful payment.
• Payment must be completed in full before accessing course content or scheduling sessions.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Demo classes (₹749 / CA$9): Non-refundable once the session has been scheduled. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Full courses: A full refund is available if requested within 48 hours of payment, provided no course sessions have been attended. After 48 hours or after attending any session, no refund will be issued.
• Batch rescheduling by Languages Academy: If we reschedule or cancel a batch, you will be offered an alternative batch or a full refund.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@languagesacademy.co.in. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful conduct during all sessions. Languages Academy reserves the right to remove a student from a batch without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or violates these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, course materials, mock tests, and recordings — is the intellectual property of Languages Academy and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Languages Academy provides coaching services to help students prepare for French language examinations. We do not guarantee specific exam scores, CLB levels, or immigration outcomes. Exam results depend on individual effort, preparation, and examination conditions beyond our control.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Languages Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure to achieve a particular exam score or immigration outcome.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Google Meet, Razorpay, Stripe, and WhatsApp. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. Languages Academy is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
